Advice for if you haven’t received a ballot paper
NOTE: The Procedures Committee extended the deadline for members and supporters requesting a ballot reissue from the 14th September to 5pm on the 19th September to ensure as many people as possible can cast their vote. Please note this is just for email reissue there are no more paper ballot reissues.
If you are a member or supporter of the Labour Party, you should have received your ballot paper to vote in the Labour leadership election by now. Here’s what to do if you haven’t received your ballot paper ↓

If you are eligible for a vote but haven’t received one, please search your inbox and junk folder for an email from [email protected] with the subject line “VOTE NOW: Labour Leadership Election”.
You should get a response within three working days. If this doesn’t happen, you can call Labour on 0345 092 2299, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Please note, this phone number is receiving a high volume of calls at the moment so it may be difficult to get through.
You must request your ballot paper by the 19th of September to be able to receive the ballot in time to vote by the deadline.
Please do not contact Electoral Reform Services (ERS) as they are redirecting people back to the Labour Party.
